Business of the Month: September 2025

The Chester Chamber of Commerce has named the Chester Dairy Queen the September 2025 Business of the Year. The DQ opened for business in the Fall of 2023. It is located at 816 Lehmen Drive. "We, as a Chamber, are very pleased to present this honor to the Chester Dairy Queen," said President Koeneman. "Scott Rust has succeeded in making the DQ a valued part of our community. His generosity to Chester has been outstanding, and we thank him, Koeneman said.
